One of the things to come out of lockdown was a press conference in which Andrew Barr was misinterpreted by the automated captions. The system came out with Ken Behrens instead of Canberrans. Having started making merchandise for Redbubble I took the opportunity to immortalize this moment in the same style as Shepard Fairey’s ‘Hope’ poster.

One of the freelance projects I worked on was for a stainless steel business that specialises in custom automotive parts. They wanted design elements to tie in with the bosses personal car as well as some of his music. We went with a logo based on the skull and crossbones illustrated with tig welding gear and a subtle stainless texture to form the background.

National Missing Persons Week Winner 2016
The Australian Federal Police run a yearly design competition for National Missing Persons Week. The theme for 2016 was the impact that missing people have on the people around them, with 12 being affected for every person missing. I came up with a concept based on the red string of fate about the interconnectedness of these people and that the missing people leave frayed edges in society.

Stolichnaya Vodka Mock Rebrand
One of the projects from university was to redesign the Stolichnaya vodka in a Russian Constructivist style and set it up for preflight.

Treewell Branding
A freelance project for Treewell Clothing. The brief was to create a logo which incorporated a treewell, which is the space under a tree that does not receive snow. Snowboarders end up falling into these treewells injuring themselves and the aim was to provide part of the profits to go to these boarders.

A personalised BBQ enclosure for a valued client while working at ACT Stainless Steel. It required storage of a gas bottle with adequate ventilation with a bar fridge & power.
